    vitamin C & D will allow you to beat the seasonal blues.
  2.  Exercise. Get active by working out, running or even walking.
    If you can’t get to the gym, take up something exciting that doubles for exercise like dancing.
  3.  Eat healthy. Consuming fruits and vegetables is essential to
    creating some balance. On the go? Make a smoothie.
  4.  Listen to your favourite music. There’s nothing like a good
